About the Research
Professor Adam Gershowitz is a nationally recognized expert in criminal law and procedure. His scholarship has helped expose the disproportionate power wielded by prosecutors in the criminal justice system and analyzed efforts to reduce prosecutorial misconduct. He has also written about how the justice system can more effectively address physicians’ roles in perpetuating the opioid epidemic.
