Get Involved
We welcome students, faculty and members of the community to participate in the Center's work.
Students
We have designed our speaker series and symposia to educate students about a range of social justice issues. Attend these events, and engage with faculty, activists, policymakers and more. Learn more about programs for students such as the Social Justice Fellows, the Law School's Leadership Institute, and WMSURE. Finally, we encourage students and student organizations to propose events and projects and volunteer in the Center's expanding work. To discuss ideas or volunteer, email the Center at [[socialjustice]].
Faculty
The Center involves faculty from across the university, asking them to share their research and expertise with our community as part of speaker series, panel discussions and symposia. The Center will also engage faculty conducting research; we will be soliciting student research assistants to participate in these efforts. To discuss research or program collaborations, please email the Center at [[socialjustice]].
Local Community & Beyond
William & Mary is part of the Williamsburg, Hampton Roads and Commonwealth communities. The Center is committed to strengthening our connections with our larger community, and will support university-community partnerships. All of our events are open to and welcome members of our larger community.
