Reporting Hazing
We encourage reports of possible acts of hazing. Do not assume that others will report matters or that the matter is not significant enough to report--we would always prefer to work with a group on a lower-level issue rather than waiting for a matter to become a high-level one.
There are two ways to report hazing: anonymously or non-anonymously.
We will investigate all actionable reports promptly. The more specific information you can provide (date, time, location, items that can identify the group, etc.), the better we can respond. If you wish to remain anonymous but are willing to be contacted (for additional questions or to provide additional information), the anonymous form includes the option for you to provide a phone number or email address.
Reporting Concerns and Violations
If there is a concern or a violation of a nature other than hazing, members of the community are encouraged to submit a report.
