Payment & Check-in
When you arrive for your appointment at the Wellness Center, check-in with the Wellness Ambassador available at the front desk. New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for their first therapeutic services appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary forms, ask questions you may have, and for your provider to get acquainted with your expectations of the service. For Massage: Come dressed in comfortable clothes and shower prior to your appointment to receive the full-treatment benefit. |
Session Cancellation or ChangeTo cancel or change the time of your upcoming appointment, click the "Change Your Appointment" link in your confirmation email more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellation |
Late Arrivals & No ShowsProviders will wait for you to arrive up to 10 minutes past the session's scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, the session is forfeited and non-refundable. Sessions that start late due to a tardy arrival will end at the originally scheduled time. A no-show is a failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without advance notice and will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. Service sales are final. |
