Privilege Cards & Membership
Current full-time students, faculty and staff member at William & Mary have a valid membership to the Student Recreation Center. Part-time students, graduate students, family members, university affiliates and community members may purchase a membership. If you do not have a W&M issued ID card, Campus Recreation will issue a "Privilege Card" for access to the Student Recreation Center.
Undergraduate and graduate students that have not paid Student fees are required to purchase a membership to utilize the Student Recreation Center. The membership rates are based on the current student fee assessment as approved by the BOV.

** University Affiliate is defined as someone who works "at" the university but not "for" the university. Examples include Sodexo employees, programs funded exclusively by grants, various institutes, and associations located on campus.

Photo ID is required. Your pass will be made and issued by W&M Campus Recreation at the time of payment. Using Your Campus Recreation Privilege Card and Facilities1. Your Campus Center Privilege Card is required to use the Campus Recreation open recreation facilities. Use of these facilities 2. No one under 18 years of age is allowed to use the Student Recreation Center except during the designated Family Recreation times. 3. Fitness classes are offered throughout the year. A Group Fitness pass or a Daily Drop-In pass is required. Classes are first-come-first-serve. Go to the Group Fitness Page for more information about Fitness Class Prices, Class. Call the Hotline, (757) 221-3310, opt. 1 for daily updates on facility hours. 5. Privilege Card holders are allowed to bring two guests per visit. See Guest Policies. 6. Any alteration of your Privilege Card is cause for immediate revocation of privileges and loss of payment. Use of another’s card is cause for loss of card and removal from premises. 9. A $10.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost Privilege Cards. |
