The recruitment process at W&M is a collaborative effort involving multiple departments. Search guides are available for faculty and staff positions which will help you navigate the recruitment, selection and hiring process. UHR's Talent Acquisition Team is available to assist and answer questions each step of the way.
With the exception of students, the recruitment and selection of employees requires the process begin with an approved position description in PeopleAdmin, the university's online position management and recruitment site.
