Partnering with Weight Watchers, we are committed to helping you and your eligible spouse/dependent(s) reach your wellness goals: lose weight, eat healthier, move more, develop a more positive mindset, or all the above.
Special pricing is available to state employees, spouses and adult dependents. Reimbursement for half of the cost of Weight Watchers services before taxes is open only to employees currently eligible to enroll in state health plans.
Reimbursement is not open to retirees or the spouses/dependents of employees or retirees.
To be reimbursed, employees must complete the participation requirements of a Weight Watchers program.
When asked to enter your seven-digit state employee ID (also known as the Cardinal ID), this can be found on your health insurance card or in the upper right corner of your personal information. Please enter the Cardinal ID without the leading and ending zeroes. This is not the same as your Banner ID. If you are unable to locate your ID, please contact [[AskHR]].
