About Me

I am a web content specialist for the University Web & Design team, primarily responsible for web content, management, and user training and support.

For over five years, my professional work before W&M consisted of content creation, media, and communication services for various clients and industries across Hampton Roads, Virginia, and nationwide. During that time, I also began my professional career in higher education as a staff member for Regent University's School of Psychology and Counseling and School of Communication.

Outside the office, you can find me exploring with my little family (Alex, Apollo, and our pup, Mini), writing about the climate and sustainability, and finding new music (or nature sounds).
