Strategies
  1. Establish new dining stations with a focus on locally sourced foods in conjunction with Virginia Food Hub and 4pFoods - People, Planet, Purpose, Profit Food system by 2021.
  2. Increase opportunities for customers to sample plant-based, plant-forward, and plant-enhanced options by 2022.
  3. Increase the number of vegetarian, vegan, and plant-forward options available on the daily menu of dining halls and food trucks by 2022.
  4. Increase the integration of plant options and meat alternatives into normal menu exploration, not only as a specific dietary choice by 2023.
