Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable department is responsible for ensuring that vendors supplying goods and services to William & Mary are paid in a manner consistent with the Commonwealth of Virginia's Accounting Policies and Procedures, which includes ensuring compliance with the Prompt Payment Act as well as the university's Internal Control Policy.

Accounts Payable is located in the Facilities Management building at 115 Grigsby Dr, Williamsburg, VA  23185. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

At VIMS, the Accounts Payable department is located in room 240 of Watermen's Hall.
