Audio/Visual Technicians
Job Description
A/V Technicians serve as technical assistants for events across campus. Techs set up and run lighting and sound equipment for larger events, and assist with event logistics and facility management at Briggs Amphitheater. Prior experience is not required, but can be beneficial. Pay rate: $12.50/hr
- Working with theatrical groups and performers to determine A/V needs
- Troubleshooting technical problems
- Operating and setting up basic audio-visual equipment for events and conferences
- Ensuring the security of all A/V equipment
- Assuming "on-call" responsibility several weekends per year
- Note: A valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience is required.
