Full Description
William & Mary is currently going through an exciting period of construction. During this time period, Little Theater, the Alumni House, Phi Beta Kappa Auditorium, the Dodge Room and the Muscarelle Museum will be off-line and not available for events.
Given this situation, all remaining spaces on campus will be in higher demand by all departments on campus. We currently have a moratorium on new Recognized Student Organizations that have a need for regularly scheduled meetings that require flat, hardwood floor surfaces because of the limitation in space for the next two years. New groups, such as dance, movement and performance groups that require the use of a room like Chesapeake on a regular basis, will not be approved in the short-term.
