Beginning on April 2, 2018, the discipline histories of recognized student organizations (with specified criteria noted below) will be published on the William & Mary website.
This is an effort to provide increased transparency to the community regarding disciplinary outcomes. Additionally, students (and families) will be able to assess the disciplinary history of organizations as they make plans to join and can make informed decisions.
The publication will list all incidents that result in sanctions of Disciplinary Probation or greater, and the outcome will remain published for three academic years after issuance or until the sanction is complete, if the sanction takes longer than three years to complete.
