Recent events have show us how imperative it is that we explore and listen to the perspectives of others. We must do the work to challenge societal and structural norms, engage in constructive discourse, and educate ourselves in order to create tangible and much needed change in today's world.

We would particularly like to draw your attention to a resource for clubs and organizations compiled by SLD and the Center for Student Diversity: Moving Your Group to Action: An Anti-Racist Allyship Resource for W&M Student Organizations
