Did you know that according to Federal law, William & Mary cannot release information to a student's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) without the express permission of the student?

To help us comply with this law, you are required to complete the Personal Information Questionnaire. It is important that personal records in William & Mary's database are updated and accurate. We want to be able to contact someone in case of an emergency, and we want to know if we have permission to communicate with your parents or others. To let us know how you want us to handle your information, complete this questionnaire. You have the option to allow W&M to communicate with your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) about the following: Academic Information, Financial Information and/or Conduct/Honor Information.
