Safe shelter is defined as:
- Any building normally occupied or frequently used by people that has plumbing and/or wiring to ground the structure.
- In the absence of a building as described above, any vehicle with a hard metal roof (car, van, bus, etc.) can provide a degree of safety.

Friday Afternoon Workout
- Water and injury ice at practice.
- Certified athletic trainer available on request.
Game Day
- Water, injury ice and emergency supplies on sideline.
- Coolers, cups and water source on sideline.
- Physician on home sideline.
- EMS unit on site.
- X-Ray offsite, but transport arranged by home staff in-game.
- Tables in locker room and on sideline.
- Towels may be requested from equipment staff at (757) 221-3335.
