About Ying

Ying Liu (刘颖) provides administrative support for partnerships at the Reves Center as well as oversees program management for the Freeman Fellowship program and other global initiatives and projects. She previously served as the associate director of William & Mary Confucius Institute from September 2013 to June 2021.

Ying holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University, an M.ED. in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida, and a B.A. in Business English from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China.
