One Tribe Place

Dedicated in 1971. Renovated in 2020.

One Tribe Place's approximately 400 residents enjoy a mix of single, double, triple and quad rooms with private bathrooms in each room.

Residents enjoy inviting common area lounges and a large central courtyard, plus being just a short walk from Zable Stadium, the Sadler Center, academic buildings, and local restaurants along Richmond Road.
