Independent House

Dedicated in 2013.

This independent house is near fraternity residences. Each house in this area has unique qualities and allows residents to engage in a tight knit community.

Residents this independent on-campus house enjoy a small community of other upper classmen nestled within the larger W&M residential community. While the house is adjacent to fraternity residences, the house itself is not assigned to any specific organization and its residents are supported by Randolph Complex residential staff.
