Check On Your Credits

Access your transfer credit evaluation

Once credit is posted, you may view the credits you earned on your Degree Evaluation or by viewing your Academic Transcript in Banner Self Service.

Go to myW&M, click the Banner button, and log in with your W&M Username and password.
Select Student and Financial Aid
Select Student Records
Select either Academic Transcript or Degree Works

Transfer and test credits are listed first on the Academic Transcript, and you should be able to view the name of every institution that you have attended along with the corresponding transferable courses. On your transcript, you will only be able to view the courses that successfully transferred (or for which you received credit, for AP/IB exam scores). It's best to have a personal copy of your prior college transcript or grade report on hand for comparison when viewing your transfer evaluation.
