Transcript Rush/Express Services
The Office of the University Registrar offers "rush/express" services when the standard turn around time for requests does not meet your deadline. Turn around time for rush/express services will be one business day after the date of receipt of the request and payment.
Rush Processing Fees for Transcripts (Normally 3-5 Business Days)
A fee of $25.00 per item, per destination, will be charged for rush service. (An additional $1 secure electronic PDF fee applies to electronic transcripts.) The $25.00 rush service fee is in addition to the standard transcript request fee. Additional time should be allowed for requests of student records prior to 1986.
Please note that additional fees will apply for all transcripts ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Example: Rush transcript request fees for one transcript returned via first class mail are:
$25.00 - rush service fee
$7.00 - transcript processing fee
$32.00 is the total fee for ONE rush transcript delivered via first class mail.
Example: Rush transcript request fees for 2 transcripts mailed via first class mail to multiple recipients are:
$50.00 - rush service fee ($25 per recipient)
$14.00 - transcript processing fee ($7 per transcript)
$64.00 is the total cost for TWO rushed transcripts delivered via first class mail to multiple recipients.
Example: Rush transcript request fees for one electronic transcript (only available to request through the National Student Clearinghouse):
$26.00 - rush service fee (includes $1 secure electronic PDF fee)
$7.00 - transcript processing fee
$2.90 - online processing fee
$35.50 is the total fee for ONE rush transcript delivered electronically.
Rush Processing and Express Delivery Fees
This fee includes rush processing as well as UPS express delivery. Delivery within the US is $60.00; Canada and Mexico is $85.00 and International is $95.00. The express fee is in addition to the standard transcript request fee.
Please note that additional fees will apply for all transcripts ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse. The National Student Clearinghouse sends all express orders via UPS.
Example: Rush processing and express delivery fees for one transcript within the US:
$60.00 - express service fee
$7.00 - transcript processing fee
$67.00 is the total fee for ONE express transcript delivered via UPS.
Example: Express processing and delivery fees for one transcript to Canada and Mexico:
$85.00 - express service fee
$7.00 - transcript processing fee
$92.00 is the total fee for ONE express transcript delivered via UPS.
Example: Express processing and delivery fees for one transcript to International countries:
$95.00 - express service fee
$7.00 - transcript processing fee
$102.00 is the total fee for ONE express transcript delivered via UPS.
