Access to Education Records
Students
Students have the right to inspect their education record. The right does not extend to:
- Confidential letters and recommendations that the student has waived the right to inspect
- Education records containing information about more than one student (the inquiring student may view the parts of the record which pertain only to them)
- Family/parental financial information
