This page is designed to provide Arts and Sciences Schedulers, and their Chairs and Directors, with the key dates and deadlines for schedule building for each academic term. Please regularly check this page for updates, as dates are subject to change.

Please note that there are term-specific blackout periods during which course changes are not accepted. Ensure that all necessary adjustments are made before these periods begin.

All schedule build spreadsheets, including room preferences, are collected through WMBox. If applicable, Cross-List requests are also uploaded to Box by the Home department or program. Ad Hoc course updates are collected through a Survey when the term is not in a blackout period.
