Print Management Program

Overview

The Departmental Printer Program and Ricoh Copier Program have been consolidated into a single Print Management Program.  This program is contracted to ESI (Electronic Systems Inc), a subsidiary of Xerox and managed by W&M IT.

The Print Management Program from ESI provides toner, repairs, and maintenance. Toner and billing are automatically monitored nightly as long as the device remains powered on and connected via ethernet cable to the W&M network. Paper and staples are the responsibility of each department.

If you need repairs/maintenance, supplies or are relocating a printer participating in the Print Management program, please contact the Technology Support Center with the ESI equipment id#.

If you wish to purchase a new department printer please submit an IT Procurement approval request in Request IT.
