Technology Support Center
- For all support questions or issues, please email support@wm.edu.
- For urgent support questions, you may call the TSC at 757-221-4357 or message us via our support chat during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm).
- Walk-in tech support is available in two locations (Jones Hall and Swem). We are available in Jones 201 during normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm). Email support@wm.edu or call 757-221-4357 for assistance. Student technicians are also available in Swem Library during the academic year (1st floor - left side back desk) Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-7:00pm and Friday 10:00am-5pm. The Swem Help Desk is closed during the summer.

Support Chat
Chat will be available during normal business hours for the Technology Support Center, which is Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, except holidays. Chats conversations are recorded and saved for 90 days for service records and quality assurance.
