You may already be familiar with Namecoach, a name pronunciation tool currently available on the W&M website that offers a simple way to hear the pronunciation of a name with just one click. Good news! W&M Information Technology has enabled Namecoach in Microsoft Teams and Outlook!
Namecoach in Outlook
Once installed, the Namecoach add-in in Outlook allows users to access the pronunciation an an email sender's name in their inbox. A "Get Pronunciations" button will appear in the Outlook toolbar when the window is fully expanded. Make sure your Outlook is running the most current version.

Namecoach in Teams
Namecoach for Teams is available in the Teams web app, mobile app, and desktop client.
When you select the "Apps" icon in Teams, you can search for Namecoach and access it from there.
