Prerequisites and Required skills
Background in GIS and R programming and previous coursework in sociology or education is preferred but not required.
Travel
Students will take multiple visits to northern Virginia throughout the summer to set up and maintain camera traps. They will also work with citizen science volunteers to collect data. Students should be prepared to spend the summer in Williamsburg and to hike on variable terrain next to roads.
