Bio
Amelia Kim '27 spent her childhood exploring National Parks and watching nature documentaries (and Wild Kratts). Inspired by the beauty of the natural world and how it could be captured through art, photography, and videography, she developed a passion for conservation, sustainability, and science communication. Amelia is currently studying Integrative Conservation and Art History with a focus on Built Environment Studies, aiming to approach sustainable development from multiple perspectives. She hopes to innovate and advocate for sustainable solutions while promoting sustainable livelihoods through community engagement, environmental awareness, and the One Health concept.

At William & Mary, Amelia volunteers as a team leader for Williamsburg Engagement and is a member of the Woolly Mammoths ultimate frisbee team. She looks forward to becoming more involved with the IIC and the Office of Sustainability.

In her free time, Amelia enjoys crafting, visiting art and farmers' markets, rock climbing, and spending time with her dog.
