Emily Pehrsson (PIPS 2011-2012 Research Fellow, PIPS 2011 Intern) and
Elsa Voytas (PIPS 2011 Intern) have been offered internships with the
U.S. Mission to NATO for the summer of 2012. They will be working in the
Office of Political Affairs and Armaments and
Communications-Electronics Directorate Office, respectively. They will
spend approximately nine weeks in Brussels, Belgium gaining first-hand
experience addressing security challenges for the United States. Due to
the efforts of William and Mary alumna Dr. Barbara Pate Glacel '70,
twenty students have had the opportunity to participate in this
internship since 2005.
