PIPS Fellows Meet with Major Nathan Finney
On Friday, October 4th, US Army Major Nathan K. Finney joined the PIPS fellows for a brainstorming session. Major Finney is founder of the Strategy Development Foundation, a member of the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum managing team, and member of the Infinity Journal’s Special Advisory Group. He has written on issues involving strategy, building partner capacity, security sector reform, security force assistance, stability operations, and the integration of civilian and military agencies. Major Finney holds two Masters degrees in Public Administration from Harvard University and the University of Kansas.
