Patricia (Pat) Austria Ramsey

Biography
Pat Austria Ramsey is the Director of Country Programs and Innovation at the Institute for State Effectiveness, where she manages the Institute’s global portfolio and country programs, as well as the Data and Digital practice. In this capacity, she promotes digital transformation and evidence-informed policymaking in post-conflict and post-crisis contexts. Prior to ISE, Pat worked at the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice, Poverty Reduction Unit, and the World Bank Innovation practice. In addition to these roles, she has worked at Development Gateway, AidData and the UN World Food Programme on data for development and public sector innovation issues.
