Types of Student Accounts Holds
| Hold | Applies to Accounts with | Registration Status | Graduation Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| S1 | Overdue balances of $100 or more | Prevents registration | Prevents graduation |
| S2 | Overdue balances of less than $100 | Does not prevent registration | Prevents graduation |
To determine the type of hold on your account, please check your Banner (Student > Student Records > Student Profile).
We suggest checking your eServices to view recent activity and statements if you have a Student Accounts hold. Holds are removed automatically every 20 minutes for newly paid past-due balances. If you have paid your past-due balance and the hold has not been removed from your account after 20 minutes, please contact us at 757-221-1220.
