- Regularly reconcile TouchNet sales to Banner
- Regularly reconcile revenue with deposits
- Keep PCI logs current
- Before requesting Clover or TouchNet access for a new user:
- Did they complete PCI Training?
- Did they complete IT Training?
- Did they review store procedures?
- Did they review IT Policy?
- Did they sign the confidentiality agreement?
PCI Committee Spotlight: Matt Keel
Matt graduated from W&M in 1999 and has been working in the IT Department for 24 years. His team is responsible for incident handling, vulnerability management, endpoint protection and suspicious emails reported to [[abuse]]. He also provides technical advice for the PCI Committee. Outside of work he enjoys soccer and reading.
