 Sally Wu
Sally Wu

Sally Wu

Sally is a sophomore studying economics and psychology at William & Mary. But a fun fact is that she planned to major in Media before entering the college. She likes to edit videos or photos and post them on social platforms, and she is a fan of using those platforms. But later she figured out that it was just her hobbit and realized she doesn’t really want to learn her hobbit as I started my Economics journey. She took introduction to microeconomics in her second semester and discovered the fun of learning it. In her spare time, she likes taking photos, dancing, doing sports etc. She was a member in a hiphop dance team at W&M called syndicate and performed for many times. She believes this seminar can bring her many opportunities of understanding and analyzing the economic associated problems in the real world. Especially Washington DC is a really political city, students are easier to get in touch with people who are in charge of making the economic decisions and thus try to explore how a policy is made and modified according to the real economic situation. She is very excited to compare the academic world with the policy based on policymakers’ experiences and observations. She already looks forward to this winter seminar!
