In a climate characterized by cultural reckoning, public health crises and unforeseen systemic change impacting institutions and practitioners indiscriminately, educators must learn to navigate an ever-changing, complex landscape. Working in uncertain conditions in K-12 schools and higher education institutions requires leadership at all levels. At W&M we are committed to values-based leadership, translating theory to practice, and supporting educators to step into new leadership roles.
