Relevant Laws and Guidelines

William & Mary provides reasonable accommodations in compliance with state and federal laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act which protects the rights of individuals with disabilities in programs and activities that receive financial assistance from the Department of Education.
