Presidential Council for Community Partnerships
Created with a charge from President Katherine Rowe in August 2020, the Presidential Council for Community Partnerships (PCCP), formerly the Presidential Call to Service Council, brings together people and resources involved in community engagement from across campus to provide strategic support for the president's charge to expand and deepen William & Mary's call to service.
The PCCP attracts partners in community, connects resources and expertise to strengthen and expand our current partnerships, and advises whole-institution community engagement and service efforts. Members assist fundraising efforts to support community engagement initiatives at the university. By doing so, the PCCP will elevate the profile and reach of community engagement and cultivate deep human connections through service.
The PCCP was formed at the recommendation of the Broad Calls to Service Squad, which was part of the university's Planning Ahead effort convened in April 2020.
