Kelsey Weissgold

About

Kelsey is a William and Mary Alumna (’11, BBA) and currently serves as the Global Lead for IBM's Alumni Program. She is passionate about connecting students from colleges and universities to career and internship opportunities. In her previous roles at IBM, Kelsey has helped to bring improvements and standardization to IBM's Intern and Early Professional programs worldwide, managed operations for North America Early Professional Hiring, and worked directly with colleges and universities to identify top talent for IBM. Prior to her start at IBM, Kelsey began her career as a Federal Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte and segued into Talent Acquisition as a University Recruiter at Grant Thornton. Kelsey is an active member of the National Association of College and Employers (NACE), having served on several committees, presented at three national conferences, and received the NACE 2020 Catalyst Award.

When not at work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing with a good book, and exploring the Richmond, VA food scene.
