Sarah Mathis
BBA '15, Protocol & Event Specialist, Los Alamos National Laboratory
Sarah graduated from William & Mary in 2015 with a B.B.A. from the Mason School of Business.
She is currently a Protocol and Events Specialist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where she
plans and facilitates high-level visits to the Laboratory, primarily for government, military, and
corporate officials. She strives to produce memorable, high-quality events for her clients and is
passionate about creating spaces for meaningful connections.
Previously, she was the Manager of Artist Services at Wolf Trap, a non-profit music venue
operated in a National Park in Northern Virginia, where she worked to produce several seasons
of concerts and theatrical productions. Sarah first served on the W&M Cohen Career Center
Board from 2019-2021, as she recruited and employed several early-career employees in her
capacity in non-profit arts administration.
When not at work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and exploring the food scene of the
American Southwest. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her husband (also a W&M
alumnus) and black lab mix.
