About Kelly
Kelly is an alumna of William & Mary, class of 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a licensed secondary teacher. She has been an Assistant Director on the Cohen Career Center team since September 2013. Kelly focuses on first and second year career programming assisting with the exploration and decision-making processes, including the My Active Career Exploration (MACE) program. She collaborates with Academic Advising and First Year Experience to provide collaborative resources and events to assist students in becoming Career Ready. Additionally, Kelly is the liaison to Tribe Athletics for student athlete career development, collaborating with coaches and administrators to provide specialized events and resources.Kelly has more than 6 years of experience in career development, including Lasell College and Lesley University. Additionally, she has 4 years of experience teaching secondary English in southeastern Virginia where she also coached field hockey. Kelly has a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, where she was a graduate assistant teaching secondary student teachers in and around Boston, MA, as well as a Master of Science in Secondary Education. Kelly is a certified interpreter of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
