Parking Deck Advisory - Resident Parking Exception

During the summer months there will be several events on campus that will limit the availability of resident parking. Beginning May 15th due to the West Utility Plant road closure on Ukrop Way all parking on Landrum Dr will be offline through Aug 16th. The annual bicycle impound and round up scheduled for May 20-24, 2019 will further limit the availability of spaces in the sub level of the deck.
In order to accommodate the impounded bicycles we have to take the outside Resident Parking lot offline for two weeks from May 20-31st. All vehicles must be removed, this includes motorcycles & scooters, state vehicles, and golf carts. As an alternative Residents with valid 2019 decals and those purchasing summer passes for Session 1 or 2 may park on Level 3 of the deck for the duration of the summer.
Vehicles not relocated by Monday May 20th will be cited and towed to the School of Ed Lot 4. Please direct all questions and concerns to Parking Services at parked@wm.edu or via phone to 221-4764.
