Manage Your Meal Plan

Add or change a meal plan

Visit tribecard.wm.edu to make one eligible change to your meal plan until 11:59pm the first Friday of the semester at no charge. Any additional changes or changes after the meal plan selection period has closed can be made by emailing dining@wm.edu and will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.

Auto-Renewal (Rollover)

If you have a meal plan in the fall, you will automatically be assigned the same meal plan in the spring and be billed accordingly. Unused Dining Dollars will roll from the fall semester to the spring semester for students who remain enrolled in a meal plan. So, if you had a block plan with 17 meals and $12 Dining Dollars left in December, when you return in January, the Dining Dollars will roll to your new plan. Unused meal swipes will expire. 

Accommodations

A meal plan accommodation must be submitted to formally request a change from the allowable meal plan options. While completing the accommodation, you will need to have these documents available to submit based on your reasons for an accommodation. Requests will not be reviewed until all documentation is received by William & Mary.
