Dupont Hall
DuPont is located near the New Campus academic buildings and is close to the Recreational Center and the Dining Commons (the "Caf"). Residents live in double suites on three floors with residents in two rooms sharing one bathroom. Each floor has two lounges and a small kitchenette. The center of life in DuPont is the main foyer, called "The Pit." At the center of the Pit is a large fireplace. DuPont Hall opened in 1964 and was named after Jessie Ball duPont, benefactress of the College and daughter of Thomas Ball, an alumnus.
