This summer, William & Mary Auxiliary Services will introduce the all new tribecard.wm.edu, powered by Atrium Connect. This new platform will allow you to manage your campus funds and services, set up low balance alerts to remind you when it’s time to add to your W&M Express or Dining Dollars accounts, make an eligible change to your meal plan, deactivate a lost or stolen Tribe Card and more - all from one easy link.

In order to migrate information correctly to the new portal, Express deposits will no longer be accepted through the current GET website and app from midnight, June 12, 2024.

Fall 2024 Meal Plans

Coming soon - beginning July 8, 2024, use the new streamlined tribecard.wm.edu to make an eligible change to your meal plan and add Dining Dollars as you go throughout the semester. Charge adjustments are applied to student accounts at the time of change and students can see exactly what adjustments (including additional charges, refunds, etc) will be before finalizing changes. Credits or charges will then be submitted to the Student Account.

All residential students will be defaulted to the All Access Meal Plan for the Fall 2024 semester. Eligible students may make ONE change to their meal plan selection beginning July 8, 2024. Students will receive a notification when the portal opens for Fall 2024.

Please note that meal plan options have not changed with the transition to the new portal. Visit wm.edu/dining to view the full list of available plans and pricing for the upcoming semester.

Balances & Account Activity

Coming June 25, 2024 - track your account balances and view your account activity on tribecard.wm.edu to stay up-to-date with your spending habits and see where you money is going. Set up low-balance alerts to let you know when it is time to reload W&M Express or Dining Dollars or create automatic deposits to always have the amount you need.

Grant Guest Access

Have a family member or friend who wants to gift you some funds? Grant them access to make a deposit anywhere, anytime. Just input their email address and Atrium will generate a login for them to use whenever they would like to make a deposit on your behalf.

Building Access

This summer, we are upgrading and implementing AccessIt: our new access control system across the William & Mary and VIMS campuses. This upgrade involves replacing over 1500 card readers, paving the way for mobile credential readiness. Utilizing non-proprietary Mercury hardware, AccessIT offers increased flexibility and significant cost savings. Recognized as a best-in-class solution for access control, this system ensures enhanced security and convenience. Our trusted partner, ATech, will oversee the installation to ensure a smooth transition.

When can I begin to access the new system?

Students can begin to utilize the desktop manager and mobile app beginning June 25, 2024 to grant guest access, upload a photo for their Tribe Card and view balances on their declining accounts.

Where do I go to access Atrium Connect?

Students can access Atrium on the homepage of the William & Mary mobile app or through tribecard.wm.edu.

Do I need to set up a profile?

Students do not need to set up a profile in order to access Atrium. All student information, including name, major, class year and current W&M Express balances will transfer from Banner on launch of the system.

What services are available through Atrium Connect?

Running low on funds? Grant guest access for users to add funds to your W&M Express and Dining Dollars accounts. View your account balances and transaction history to stay up-to-date with your spending habits and see where you money is going.

New to campus or need to update your Tribe Card photo? Visit the photo upload portal to view guidelines and submit your photo for review. This process may take up to three business days to complete and new cards will be printed upon arrival.

I want to choose a Fall 2024 meal plan. What should I do?

All students living in campus-managed housing for Fall 2024 have been automatically defaulted to the All Access meal plan. Upperclass students who are eligible to make a change can do so at tribecard.wm.edu beginning July 8, 2024.

I need to submit a photo for my Tribe Card. What should I do?

Your Tribe Card is the official form of identification for students, faculty and staff and an essential part of your life here on campus. A Tribe Card is your (literal) key to campus. From door access to meal plans, laundry or attendance verification, your Tribe Card will open doors for you at William & Mary.

Incoming students can submit a photo in Atrium Connect for review beginning July 8, 2024. Before getting started, review the Photo Submission Guidelines to ensure your photo is acceptable. A valid government issued photo identification is required to obtain your Tribe Card. The ID should display your name, birth date and expiration date. Forms of ID include U.S. Driver’s License or Learner’s Permit issued by a state DMV, U.S. Identification Card issued by a state DMV, U.S Permanent Resident card, Passport/Passport Card including the MRZ code (when submitting a foreign passport please include the U.S. Visa page including the MRZ code) or a U.S. Military ID card.

Note: Driver’s License or Identification Card stamped “void” are unable to be accepted. Expired, damaged or unclear documents, trusted traveler cards and school IDs are not accepted.
