One Tribe Place Remediation

The design scope has been divided into three packages. Package 1 consists of the structural repairs and water infiltration remediation design by WPD & Associates. Package 2 consists of the Stormwater remediation design by McKinney & Company. Package 3 consists of the Switchgear Replacement, Fire Pump Relocation, and Sprinkler System Upgrade, by Clark Nexsen. Package 3 also includes upgrades to life safety and non-code complaint issues in the stairwells and in the 1984 addition.
