This project renovated a 37,732 square foot residence hall, providing upgraded infrastructure, new windows, roof system upgrades, new interior and exterior doors, new HVAC system, new plumbing pipes and fixtures, new electrical and fire protection systems, and new interior finishes throughout the building. Additional common spaces were created, and the building now includes ADA compliant features that include a new elevator and accessible entrances. Abatement of all hazardous materials was included, and the design features various sustainability initiatives, including the first operational geothermal wells on the William & Mary campus.
