Campus-area road closures for Sunday's half-marathon
Roads within The College of William & Mary will be closed both days from approximately 7a.m. to 1 p.m. The Colonial Parkway will be closed on Sunday, May 22, from the Visitor Center to Historic Jamestown for a four-hour period beginning at 7:45 a.m.
The table below indicates the detours or traffic delays that will impact vehicles on Sunday, May 22 for the Run for the Dream Half Marathon. For the Fit to Run, Fit to Dream 8K on Saturday, May 21, there will not be any detours other than that of Ukrop Way to Richmond Road for the start of the race. After the runners have cleared Jamestown Road, traffic may be permitted to proceed along the course route as permitted by police officers.
