W&M Parking and Transportation launches online payment system
On Monday, March 14, William & Mary Parking and Transportation launched a partnership with T2 Systems to allow customers to manage citations and purchase decals online.
Customers who receive a citation from William & Mary Parking will be able to access the portal through www.wm.edu/parking to view their violation and to submit payment. No account is necessary; customers simply log-in using the citation number or the license plate of the offending vehicle. Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Citation appeals will also be processed through the portal and must be submitted no more than 14 days after the citation is issued.
Beginning in the fall of 2016, customers will also have the opportunity to purchase campus parking decals and manage vehicle and account data online.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer this new service to our campus community,” said Bill Horacio, parking and transportation director. “The demand has existed for quite some time but we wanted to ensure we were launching a quality product that serves the needs of all our constituents.”
William & Mary Parking and Transportation is a division of Auxiliary Services and strives to facilitate orderly parking, to promote the fair and consistent enforcement of rules and to develop services which provide a safe and sustainable campus environment.
