Eastern State Drill
The following message was sent to the campus community on Aug. 24, 2016 - Ed.
Dear William & Mary community –
Tomorrow morning, Thursday, Aug. 25, Eastern State Hospital will be conducting an active shooter drill. Their protocol includes the use of an outside PA system and it is possible that sound will carry to areas of our campus – particularly Dillard Complex and Discovery – so, I wanted you to be aware.
The drill is slated to begin about 8:30 a.m. and is anticipated to last no more than 15 or 20 minutes.
