W&M Board of Visitors to Meet on Sept. 16-18
The Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary will meet in Williamsburg on Sept. 16-18, 2015.
Committee meetings will begin at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, in the Board Room on the third floor of Blow Memorial Hall, located at 262 Richmond Road. The meetings are scheduled to conclude by 6:45 p.m. The Board will then attend a dinner at 7 p.m. at the Plumeri House, located at 119 Chandler Court.
On Thursday, Sept. 17, the meetings will resume at 7:45 a.m. in Blow Hall. The Board will visit Zable Stadium and attend a lunch at noon at the Jimmye Laycock Football Center, located at 101 Gooch Drive, before resuming meetings at Blow Hall at 2:00 p.m. The meetings should conclude by 6 p.m. The Board will then attend a ceremony honoring new members in the Blue Room of the Sir Christopher Wren Building, located at 111 Jamestown Rd. The ceremony will be followed by a board reception and dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Wren.
On Friday, Sept. 18, the meetings will begin at 8 a.m. in Blow Hall and should conclude by 12:15 p.m.
All times are approximate, and the Board reserves the right to adjust its schedule as necessary. The meetings are open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment.
